As established by the SBU, as of now Trukhanov is a citizen of the Russian Federation and has a valid passport of the aggressor country.

To protect her, the grandmother even took a Russian passport and spoke Russian in public but secretly taught Solomiia Ukrainian at home. In June 2025, Save Ukraine helped them reach Ukrainian-controlled territory. Now, Solomiia goes to school and is slowly learning to feel safe again.

Agreeing that the minimum Ukraine could achieve is a dirty bonb, based on soviet engineering expertise, is enough of a concession that the main point stands unchallenged.
