I have created a Gift list of Books for my Nephew’s Cancer Battle if anyone wants to donate. I will be adding more based in recommendations. Would love to create a library for kids fighting cancer. Book’s For Henry - Amazon Gift List - www.amazon.com/registries/g...
I don’t think it’s a coincidence that he is waiting to release the directives until after his election battle against Danny Ceisler. I highly doubt he was just sitting around waiting until the courts ruling before deciding how much power he will be weilding from this partnership with ICE.
This is why local elections matter. The Bucks County Sheriff and 16 of his officers are being trained by ICE yet he hasn’t yet developed the directives they will follow but promised (yeah, right) he won’t be exercising the full authority the statute grants him. www.phillyburbs.com/story/news/l...
Bucks County judge rules county sheriff deputies can act as ICE agents. What's next?
Bucks County Judge Jeffrey Trauger has ruled county sheriff deputies can enforce federal immigration law under a controversial ICE-supervised program.

My wife and I finished Monster: The Ed Gein story last night. I think the only reason we finished it
was that when we got to the end of an episode we said, “Well, it can’t get any worse than that.” Then it got worse than that.
Law enforcement lying to justify an illegal act should be considered Obstruction of Justice.
For my current book the female narrator is amazing and really capturing the eerie meta nature of the narrative. The male narrator sounds like the movie phone guy on a bad day. Bland and monotonous with no connection to the character. It’s how I imagine AI narration.
I live dual narrator male/female audiobooks when both narrators are good and if they both suck, well, I can skip or read the print book. The worse thing is when one of the narrators is really, really good and one, not so much. It’s frustrating and totally takes you out of the story.
Fresh from Outtasight studios my latest addition to my Dark Tower tattoos. This is Blaine the mono traveling through Lud past the statue of Maturin. Thought the artist did a great job with the weird spot I wanted it.
A tattoo of Blaine, a pink monorail in a apocalyptic city passing a statue of Maturin the turtle.
Free Book.

If you haven’t read one of Thom’s books this is your chance. Highly recommend!

Black thumbprint over a white world map and Century insignia, an intertwined circle and triangle.
Getting a new tattoo tomorrow. This one I’m a little nervous about how it will turn out. I haven’t seen the final stencil for it yet and the space it’s going (under my Shardik tattoo) is weird. Plus, it’s a different direction than other versions of this character I have seen.
Listening to the audio of this right now but I think I also need to grab myself a physical copy for my shelf.
So my October spooky fridaylistens is ROTTEN TOMMY by @paperbacksandpugs.bsky.social. It’s my first time listening to one of their books and it’s creepy as fuck. Also, there’s some characters in it that I’m super looking forward to seeing them killed horrifically.
The Gone World is absolutely one of my favorite Audiobooks. I was excited when I heard she was narrating this.
My wife is taking the girls to get their nails done so I am going to relax and watch the last episode of Ballard with the puppies.

Been going back and forth about how/if/where to post reviews. I’ve pretty much retired my blog and considered seeing if other bloggers would be interested in an occasional guest post but decided to just post to @thestorygraph.com for now.
When I gave my wife the news about Henry yesterday she asked me if I was Ok. I don’t know if I’m ok. I mean, I’m numb and devestated. I’m functioning. I wish I was optimistic and hate the fact that I’m not.
I plan to come up with a new list of books so, if anyone had recommendations for a 6th grade boy fighting cancer who loves star wars and legos and is just an amazing kid, let me know. Any author willing so sign a book for him with an encouraging note, let me know. I’ll pay for the book and shipping.
Ok, this sucks. After a brief period of remission, Henry’s cancer has returned. He’s been battling this since he was 4 so every period of remission is a blessing. He just started sixth grade and treatments will begin again at the end of the month. Honestly my heart just keeps breaking.

Trying to get a good mix of favorite authors and new authors for this Halloween season. Just started a new audiobook by a new to me author, When The Wolf Comes Home by @natcassidy.bsky.social, and only like 45 minutes into it but I’m already sucked in!
Old Crow. It’s cheap and sounds cooler than it actually is.
I just did 6 hours at Six flags with my family yesterday and I feel like I need this whole Sunday to recover.
