I’m watching a report that says most protein powders contain more lead than is medically safe. Apparently plant-based protein powders contain 9X the lead dairy-based products do.

For those of you keeping score, 18-22 year-old students calling for an end to slaughter in Gaza are so racist they need to be expelled or deported, but 24-35 year-olds celebrating Hitler, rape, and, um, racism are just kids being kids so chill.

One thing I wanna say is that much of what made D'Angelo so great is that he understood he was part of a continuum, a legacy, a lineage of great Black music across the generations. I really appreciate this guy for explaining how the dating scene is shitty for dudes, because I’ve definitely had similar experiences. I kinda wish he connected his experience to the rampant violence women are forced to endure just on the daily.
