Urg. So, the crisis that led me to leaving my animation job, and never looking for another one (or really animating again), was my producer telling me to rip off someone’s work. A few days later we all agreed it best if I left.

Point being: the similarities are definitely not an accident.

1978, MAD Magazine Three's Company parody. I was 9. I asked my dad what the word "homosexual" meant in the story. He did not answer and ripped the magazine up, telling me never to say that word.
