If you still feel badly after the procedure, consume something with electrolytes. It was the prep that made me realize what electrolyte depletion feels like. Good to know, because I occasionally deplete them by drinking too much water in the summer. 😅

Green, aka fake lime works. As mentioned, tastes like sweat. Make it very cold to minimize that unsavory flavor. Per AI: electrolyte drinks in the UK, supermarkets, health stores, and online, including powders, tablets & pre-made bottles. Popular brands: HIGH5, Science in Sport (SiS), and Phizz.

Gatorade is common here. Sports drinks. There are powders that can be mixed in water. Also, sports gels (bicyclists use it).

Not sure. With the fluids intake/output, you lose all your electrolytes, which is why it feels so wretched. If they gave you powder packets to mix with water, it is probably electrolytes.

You won't sleep through that, it won't be a restful night, and you have to drink the electrolyte stuff that tastes like poorly flavored sweat.

When you arrive for the procedure, your entire intestinal system will be power washed. It can take days for systems to resume normal operating procedures.

The prep is heinous. I never want to do that again. Fortunately, I have a 5-year reprieve. There is a stool test available. I may opt for that next time. I don't ever want to do the prep again. I feel for you. The 12-hour lead up is unpleasant in so many ways.

Hey guys I went to the Albuquerque balloon fiesta this weekend

We the People park main outdoor sculptures: "We the People" is a 110 foot semi-circular wall of figures inspired by the community, the guitar sculpture is a 7' tribute to Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead & the "Pulling Pay Dirt" sculpture is an homage to Gallup's mining history.
