The youtube thing of auto dubbing by default is so annoying. The quality is just very very bad (sometimes skipping entire sentences bad) and there is no instances where I click a video I can’t understand the source language of.

I’ve been slowly unpacking my backlog because of the clusterfuck I had between Hell Is Us, Cronos and now Little Nightmares 3 and Ghost Of Yutei...
Then I was looking at silksong. Which I originally intended to play. I think I’m going to just skip it because I only have one life and hltb says 40h

Like even the music, the first one got Wendy Carlos who was clearly a trailblazer and experimentalist. on new ones we got some fancy names Daft punk or NIN. It doesn’t matter how good the final score is, it just doesn’t make sense fo this franchise.

Ares is even more spectacular on how much it doesn’t care about the premise of “a city inside a computer” than all the “looking for data” scenes are just him handling an ironman-looking UI...
In Tron/Tron2.0 they needed to physically move to *fetch the data*.

And it’s not like we can’t make a cool sequel of Tron. The game Tron 2.0 push the nerdery and universe very far and it’s amazing.

Thing is, in the first Tron it was kind of magical thing where “program where *living* in the computer”. So that premise for *two films* just can't work.

Result is, we got a legacy and Ares made on big name (mostly music) and fancy looking effects and a story that is the generic hollywood story when computer happen (which is “what if computer are alive")

I don’t understand how Tron was thrown into big bugdet franchise thing. It’s a nerd feaver dream made on 20 level of experimental stuff.
