ICE's military raids and masked kidnappings are resonating deeply/negatively in the cultural spaces we keep hearing Dems need to reach: Manosphere, Joe Rogan, country music, disengaged voters. That's rare and it gives Dems a big opening to engage.

Whether this girl was a citizen, a legal resident, or undocumented is irrelevant.

Whether she was perfectly law abiding or accused of a crime is irrelevant.

A grown man kneeling on the neck of a 15 year old girl (one who also wasn’t resisting) is beyond the pale-an act indefensible under any circumstance.

Anyone who hasn’t lost their humanity knows this.

When I say “academic administrators think exactly like flat earthers,” this is an illustration.

Is suicide a controversial and challenging topic? Yes. Does that mean academics should should not raise thought experiments about it in class? No.
