From the picket line to the protest, music carries our struggle. “La Cumbia de la Migra” by Los Jornaleros del Norte turns the pain of raids into collective strength. When workers sing, they refuse to be silenced. Solidarity through song! @ndlon.bsky.social

Today, Sept 23rd, Luis Fernando, a dedicated day laborer, was preparing to begin his workday. Without warning, ICE agents descended and detained him.

We are calling on our community to stand with Luis Fernando. Every contribution — no matter the size — is an act of solidarity.

No answers from Governor.
No questions from the press.
This is where things stand in California.
A man is chased to his death by armed agents.
And nobody cares.
Reporters in Sacramento: Please ask Governor Newsom, CalTrans and CHP for an update on the investigation (or lack of) into the DHS killing of Carlos Montoya ndlon.org/not-good-eno...

We demand full transparency, accountability, and justice.

Carlos Montoya was not an “unknown pedestrian.” He was a beloved father and grandfather, and a member of our community.
