My god. I remember the lead paint everywhere. My dad made my mum paint the house with it just after my brother was born ('79)... poor thing had to leave him at the bottom of the ladder (born in June so it was warm!) And keep him away from it as much as possible while watching him. Awful stuff.

Weirdly they had quite strict laws about sexual offences (sadly largely targeting same sex relationships under 21), but essentially MAGA are worse than Nazis.

It's never been completely banned in the US. Pretty sure they still use the same cladding as the Grenfield disaster too...
