What a bonkers night last night was! I entered my 1st ever poetry slam, as part of ‘Dracula Returns to Derby’. Somehow, I won.
I read ‘Bitey the Veggie Vampire’ & ‘Being a Vampire Really Sucks’ & returned to my crypt with the prize of a spangly cape & the title of Derby’s 1st ever ‘Count of Poetry’

Unfortunately, he blew his fortune on trying to raise a Squirrel Army to invade Leicestershire. His plan was, however, doomed to failure and Doodlechump died in a bush somewhere around where the Little Chef once stood on the outskirts of Edinburgh (he had no idea where Leicestershire was.)

This ‘painting’ is of Lord Christoph Von Doodlechump III who lived a full and fruity life dominated by his intense love of wine, jigsaw puzzles, and more wine. Doodlechump made his millions by scribbling crude etchings of local livestock. He excelled at ducks.
