Not even 15 minutes in and that Netflix show wishes it was this movie. I have no earthly idea how gory this is going to be but having Clarice be the focus and not the photo of what Lecter has done is wonderful.

I have many thoughts on this show. Mainly, I didn't like it. There are some good themes and symbolism that ultimately go nowhere in its disjointed editing and pacing.

I was expecting a critique of patriarchy, violence against women and the glorification of it but maybe my expectations soured me
