I had some harmonic egg therapy earlier today as part of me doing something for me. Many thanks to the charity #SomethingToLookForwardTo and to Bea at the #LightBulb in Wandsworth - more emotional than I thought. And it doesn’t involve me face planting the pavent getting there!

Myself doing something positive by having Harmonic Egg Therapy to deal with having incurable breast cancer and burying feelings
