waking up today's qilan oolong. Tea often tastes (to me) like a tree or forest and this is no exception but it's definitely the darker mossy stuff-might-be-dangerous side of things imo. I don't know what tree sap tastes like this but it definitely suggests some kind of bark exudation.

I feel myself on the edge of spiraling with some combination of moral overwhelm and white-feelings-overreaction because of the idea of responsibility for one’s kin—which is funny because like. My culture has that too (kol yisrael arevim zeh bazeh) Why am I suddenly a mess about it?
