Running is a SCAM. Once you sign up, you never escape. I skipped my weekend run and was DELIBERATELY PUNISHED by having a dodgy knee on Monday. You know what fixed it? A run today.

I now understand that I can never quit running or my body will BREAK DOWN. I am TRAPPED by this absolute CON.

I’ve been awake for nearly 24hrs BUT I am finally happy with this blimmin story.

It always feels like an insurmountable task at the start… carving something out of nothing. But it is also the best feeling in the world when it finally comes together.

Yeah I’m not liking them at all so far. For me it’s the other way round, but then I’m very short sighted. I have a friend who uses them and loves them, though!

Multifocal contacts are not the one because although my phone is clearer, I now can’t read the text on my TV. Which means no video games. Which is obviously intolerable.
