I'm not reckless about it but I have no qualms about walking in the rougher parts of cities at night. It's never bothered me even though I'm a Welsh rural country boy. Speaking to crowds doesn't bother me either. I've been on sertraline for over ten years. Don't know where I'd be without it.

Watched all three and will recommend them to all and sundry for quite some time. One aspect stands out. At last some public intellectuals have unequivocally said that the three of them were complete c***s. That shouldn't be a surprise over a hundred years after Lenin's death, but it is.

Oh for sure. It's the sheer (wasted) energy that had to go into the vituperation as well. Ink, paper, posting the letter, keeping the hate alive while awaiting a reply etc. He'd keep a web farm going if he was alive now.

Fascinates me how people deliberately misinterpret for their own dubious ends how films get made. It was Cy Endfield's idea; he directed it, co-wrote it (with an English writer) and co-produced it with Baker who played someone English. Endfield was American and knew Baker from making Hell Drivers.

Around 1990(was st martins charing x rd student) had a vile cider in the Colony Room. Francis Bacon was there staring into the distance. Didn't move. Probably shitfaced. Also drank in The Coach and Horses when Norman Balon ran it. Was as rude as his rep suggests. Jeffrey Bernard was always there 2.
