Are is a sacred conversation between people across time and place. When I read Octavia Butler or Emily Dickinson they’re here with me, speaking right into my heart. When I look at Frieda Kahlo’s paintings I can see through her eyes. Ai slop just can’t compete with that.

I played a lot of games at SkålCon this weekend. I became the Lego Monkey King. I performed adequately at tiling the palace walls Azul (and other hues) in Portugal. Communicated pretty well at Monikers. But THIS was the game that defeated me. 😭

I’m GMing Starfinder. The envoy decided to take his armor off to get in the pool, leaving all his gear in the locker room except for his pulse gauntlet. Shit immediately went down. That’s when he realized it takes 5 minutes to don medium armor. Guess what happened?
