Report it to ATL311. Even if they don't remove, there will be a paper trail of them ignoring resident requests because it's the mayor.

The TAD grab would fund boondoggles and do little for affordable housing while hiking taxes on Atlantans. Look at the irresponsible $58M of TAD cash the mayor has spent on the rat-infested ruin at 2 Peachtree, with no affordable apartments to show.

Critics doubt mayor’s $1.3B plan to boost Atlanta’s affordable housing stock
TADs allow Atlanta to freeze the property tax base in designated areas and funnel all new revenue above that base into redevelopment funds.

Early voting for Atlanta starts *TODAY*

We have the opportunity to elect Rohit Malhotra, a thought leader in public policy to oversee our city’s legislative body, City Council.

Rohit is a proven bridge builder, connecting those across Atlanta with one another to do good.

The Mayor’s vote for me sign team rolled down Moreland putting signs in public right of way and vacant businesses. Very classy.

I knew they were going to continue to dangle that carrot over our heads.

Have they announced how they plan to fund this plan?

7 miles of new trails for where the majority of Atlanta's population and taxes are generated.

Atlanta’s inequality line

I'd like to see the amount of sales and property taxes generated on either side of that line vs the budget for Trails ATL. I think it's lopsided and a 180.

Now their pitting neighborhoods against each other for funding. This project is about D5 as a whole and will connect all the of district. It should not be us vs them, but all of us.

So my review of the downtown Azalea Fresh isn’t as glowing as the ATL PR machine. Stopped in today (Sunday).

1. No cash accept today - had a sign up saying cards only. When I inquired, they said they normally accept cash but had no cash today, like someone forgot to go the bank yesterday…

Glad to see Amani Spur in there. It would allow students to bike/walk to Toomer ES from a large, affordable apartment complex.

I changed my bike commute route from Wylie St to the Trolley Line Trail when it was finished to Reynoldstown, even though Wylie was more direct to Krog Tunnel. Why? Because it offered a safer route.
mayorofmarta.bsky.social
If a safer route is provided, people will usually always take that route. It's only 1 block away from the current route, where students need parent escorts because the route is not AAA standard.

We've seen transportation funds disappear or reduced in the past because of budget constraints. I want to see D5 get to the front of the line and not be an afterthought under the current and next 4 year administration. I have a copy of the Jaeger Study.

Those students are NOW getting used to riding micromobility to school via the Atlanta Bike Buses. Let's keep that momentum going while they are still in school.

I just want the project done and connected to the Beltline, so users will be more encouraged to detour from the Beltline and visit Reynoldstown, Edgewood, and Kirkwood businesses. It will also connect those students to the zoned MS & HS via a safe trail.

After reviewing the plans in-depth, I support the south option. Reduces costs and faster implementation. Both important given the history of transportation funds have a history of running out or disappearing in Atlanta.

Trolley Trail extension to design linked below. SEND FEEDBACK TO [email protected] with subject line including something like:

It's starting to look like the South option is the better. It uses existing "wide sidewalks."
mayorofmarta.bsky.social
According to that ideology, drivers should wear helmets too.
mayorofmarta.bsky.social
If the infrastructure is safe enough helmets are not needed. See Europe.
