Just rewatched Mad God a few weeks ago and how you go from a decades long labour of love to using AI shit is heartbreaking. Although maybe that's part of it? That he doesn't feel he has that time and love to devote anymore? Horribly disappointing though - he can't be unaware of how shit it is.

Thank you. I haven't heard of incubators and don't know if they exist in the UK but I'll start looking into that as it sounds like it might fit my situation.

Ah, thank you! I remember looking at this years ago. The stumbling block I had/have is that I could never work out if it's allowable to have income from completely different types of work under the same umbrella. Like (but definitely NOT these things!) bricklaying and selling origami hippos.

Yeah, I think that's true. Probably also they're all pretty wealthy and no doubt view themselves as good people (and probably get pretty fed up with people moaning about their wealth) and so how much better people must billionaires be by that metric? Including how much people moan about *them*.

I think I had a very similar thought process. I guess thinking the best of people because we like what they do isn't a moral failing on our part but... I guess the blinkers are for self-protection. Like I'd already thought less of Frost for his NFTs but was still shocked when he signed up for HP 🙄
