Sorry to do this again so soon, but there will be no video this week. I've been busy preparing for what's coming up later this month and the next. However, I did hear that there will be a couple of Twits preparing to causing chaos on Netflix. I'll tell you all about them next week!

Here are some storyboards from the scene where Mei and Min are in the spirit world in Turning Red drawn by Charles Choo and Madeline Sharafian. This is still one of my favorite Pixar films that has come out. I really felt this one.

While he's mostly known for his posters for Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, and The Muppets, he also did dozens of beautiful posters for others. His entire legay is worth checking out. His works alone can make you feel like that movie is going to be something special.

The greatest thing about Drew Struzan is that he reminded us about something that is generally taken for granted, and that's the artistry that goes into making movie posters. You never see this level of craftsmanship anymore because it is agreed that peaked with him. He truly was a legendary artist.

Funny side note, while I didn’t get the Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 remake, I did pre-order the Amiibos. I love the original on the Wii and the Rosalina one is so cute! I’ll admit that she’s one of my video game crushes.

And here’s extra evidence that this performative “boycott” is a joke. During the conservatives’ outrage, not only did it not hurt Netflix, but their stocks actually went up during that time. Still hope that creators like Hanish Steele are doing okay.

It’s like when The Lorax movie had a marketing campaign that contradicts it’s own message about capitalism and even environmentalism. It’s more a matter of questioning Disney if they understand what Tron is about.
