Its really not that hard to be nice at work.

Reassure people. Compliment their expertise. Thank them for their energy or offer the extra bit of help they didn't ask for. Even if they "don't deserve it", give it anyway, just because its better.

It costs nothing and improves society for everyone.

There’s something so sweet about being up before sunrise when the world is only half-operational. It’s chilly and quiet and perfect. Lot of time to move slow, to think. Never going back to my old sleep schedule. 🍂

OK. Another emotional update, inc. I ALWAYS have to change each exercise requiring a set of four to a set of two or even one. This is the first time I did not have to do that; I had enough strength to finish! My joints are fine! I'm beginning to feel strong and beautiful again.
