That's rubbish.

You make it sound like an entirely cynical move to "fill a gap".

The green party has been to the left of Labour for decades and polls have shown their policies to be extremely popular.

They haven't changed. It's just people like you have been forced to pay attention.

'“Polanski is a real threat,” says a senior source, warning that the old assumption that “these people have nowhere else to go” no longer holds.

No 10 believe that the Greens, rather than the faction-riven remains of Corbynism, pose the biggest threat (a prediction that has so far been borne out).'

Labour is protecting the shareholders:

"The Joseph Rowntree Foundation is predicting the sharpest drop in living standards since records began.

This isn’t a case of prices getting ahead of demand.

What Britain faces is profit inflation: prices rising while wages stand still."

Just for info, the green party is also a mass democratic party from the ground up..

The fact that they call this a ceasefire shows how ignorant and indoctrinated they are

In any discussion of food and farming, unless your solution can be scaled to feed 8 billion people, you shouldn't be taken seriously. Unfortunately, cottagecore fantasies that would feed only the richest consumers, leaving billions to starve, are all too common.

On the 6th of October Israel had about 5,000 Palestinian prisoners.
Today, *after the exchange* Israel holds at least 9,000 prisoners, most of them have not been charged.
Conditions in prisons became intolerable after Oct 7. Torture and starvation are standard.

The UK Green Party is surging in popularity, breaking the 100,000 member mark over the weekend.

Amazing what happens when you take a clear moral and political stance on genocide.

Israeli leaders screamed their genocidal intent at the top of their lungs all the way through.

No crime in history has been so confessed to as it actually happened.

But almost all Western media outlets suppressed this.

Kudos to @scotnational.bsky.social for not being one of them.

Not sure if thats true:

"Corbyn promised grassroots democracy with members deciding the policies. The Reality was different.

Decision-making quickly centralised around a small Westminster circle. Membership structures and communications went out under Corbyn’s authority alone."

Notice no one is actually responding to my main point though either.

The biggest problem is that Labour did a pact with the private sector.

As Rachel Reeves said before the election, "the fingerprints of the private sector are all over our manifesto".

Labour essentially agreed to prioritise profits over people:

A collapsing planet leads to hard choices but people do not want to hear it.

This then encourages populist politicians who we vote for because they tell us everything's fine.

We have to persuade people somehow we can improve their lives without endless growth and consumption.
