It is a Legendary Artifact - Spacecraft that has two abilities. it gains the ability "Whenever you attack, Dawnsire deals 100 damage to up to one target creature or planeswalker." at ten or more charge counters, and becomes a 20/20 artifact creature with flying at 20 or more charge counters.
