Millions of Americans use weed to treat chronic pain, but there's little high quality research on whether it works. New findings suggest it can be effective for low back pain, on par with opioids.

Semiweekly just doesn’t have the same ring as semiannual.
Not just canvas but school portals. Kiddos school (college) has email and canvas behind a portal, and the portal was also down. So couldn’t even email to get assignment pdf.
7M people / 3k events / 50 people per bus ≈ 47 buses per event, assuming each event was people exclusively by folks from only one other state, or else the bus network gets much bigger. Like there would not be receipts.

Here's a gift link to the New York Times' coverage of the initial Tea Party rallies in April 2009 which inspired the media to treat it like a massive movement.

I had to look at the calendar to double check, but it’s not April 1st.

OMG my neighbors & I talk about this movie. We have this one house that is like the Klopeks. Only ever see them when the garage opens. We aren’t even sure how the garbage gets to the curb. This has been going on for five years or so.
Wait… what? Talking about gassing Jews is tame talk for the oval office?
I have three bonus dahlias I just noticed today. Hopefully they will be there tomorrow.
OR… you could just extend spooky season through to Thanksgiving

What could be worse than screaming at a Capitol police officer?
To this day I absolutely ADORE existential lit. *She* was just an unengaging, awful dullard of a teacher. Who apparently thought so highly of herself that no one could write unless they heard every word she spoke. Whatever, lady.
In college I took an existential lit class. Teacher was dull & awful. She said I must’ve plagiarized paper because couldn’t sleep in her class & write that well & gave me an F. Had chat with the Dean; changed to A. Then proceeded to write all my papers in red ink cos she thought it was offensive.
