Totally agree that we have yet to have a mass movement across the country. Periodic protests are not a mass movement. Institutional acquiescence is not a mass movement. That’s not to diminish what some organizers have done or tried to do, but Brooks is right that there is no mass movement yet.

The question is why does Barnhart still have his job? Terrible at financial planning and judgment. He was directly warned not to hire the swim coach who has been permanently banned by the national swimming governing body and has subjected UK to liability for sexual assault and harassment.
