Meet me at the river crossing

It is advised to stay away from the walls

A shadowy anthro feline serpent creature with 4 glowing red eyes sitting at a river crossing, its tail in the water. It appears to be in some sort of canyon which opens up to a sandy dune landscape behind it. The earth is a fleshy pinkish red. They sky is a sickly green. One wall of the canyon is covered in bleeding eyes, the other gaping maws. There are palm trees along the bank of the river, with strange coconut-like fruits with glowing teal veins on them.
