Many thanks to the gorgeous group who showed up for the lunchtime session - including from Brisbane. So many good ideas.

You have all given me enough material and ideas for three or four seasons - at least! Now, to mull.

Thank you for embracing this project. Love you all very much.

No, sorry: "Baby's Breath"

Are we really asked to believe a single civil servant is alone responsible? I fear he may be being made a scapegoat. Why not publish the evidence, publish the correspondence between NSA and Deputy NSA, and have the NSA answer parliamentarians’ questions?

Public ownership of railways.

Greater Anglia services come back under public ownership today.

It now puts a third of all passenger journeys under control of the DFTO.

Dates for most other services to follow have been set and eventually services will transfer to GB Railways (following legislation)

Excellent to see the musings of cultural commentator/historian/comedian Stewart Lee, gone from the pages of the Observer, have now reappeared on @thenerve.news. Bravo to the Nervers (nervous?) for giving him a platform. Lees' latest piece on burning flags is here www.thenerve.news/p/stewart-le...

How much financial support has Nigel Farage received from Steve Bannon and his network of far-right, populist billionaires?

In this video, Bannon is heard saying he’d find a way to fund Farage — so how much money actually changed hands, and was any of it ever declared?

Reform UK’s Nathan Gill met with EU President Tajani to lobby him based on Russian Bribes.

Even then, Nigel Farage didn’t bat an eyelid.

Remarkable video. He had never shown an interest in free speech related to Ukrainian TV channels before.

Number of deportations the ECHR have actually blocked since 1980 - 13 (THIRTEEN).

Please remember this next time some grifting populist claims us leaving the ECHR (and sacrificing the rights it gives us in the process) will allow us to ‘control our borders’.

I am thankful for the support and services out there to help people, what ever there needs.

Let's all personally be an addition to that, looking out for and support those we have contact with when they themselves need that extra bit help and care.

Today is World Mental Health day.

Let it be a reminder that huge numbers of people have mental health struggles and we don't know what people are going through.

I personally have long running mental health issues which are managed well most days. But occasionally not.
