How about referring them doing the opposite as Vice Signaling?

Really they're projecting their own guilt; if you talk a big game about Liberation, but don't mask up in public spaces, that inaction betrays how little inconvenience they think our lives are worth!

Of particular note is that for the white stripe down the middle, I've made the wax very thin, so hopefully more of the paper will show through.
I hope the seal would be accessible for blind or visually impaired people who can feel the shape & textures directly.

Like on my LGBTQ+ Pride Flag design, I used texture patterns in lieu of colors.

Lawn signs in particular, though, are rather expensive to ship, especially for just one - they're very large, and need sturdy packaging.
If you know a bunch of people people locally who would put them out and a printer you could drive to, I could gladly make the color version at the right scale...
