the other characters and she’s dealing w/toxic positivity in her own way. So whether or not it’s ultimately satisfying, I think the characters are gradually finding themselves and if there’s a character you relate to I think it is potentially cathartic

The Spudsy’s episode came out when I was in a really miserable job w/a manager who was proud of how much she masked and told me of course wasn't asking me to do that but…(obviously she was). So I’ve really related to Gangle after that and I think in the following episodes you can see her starting -

So wild that it’s not a real job if it’s something considered fun but also you have to pretend to be passionate about your boring 9-5 and cannot admit that you’re just working there to pay your bills (and you should really monetize all your hobbies but you shouldn’t charge that much)
