"Bury him face down." This barn burner of an obit might feel hyperbolic to people who entered the world in the wake of 9/11; it's not. Cheney was one of the architects of today's American Christian conservatism. He was directly responsible for millions of deaths. Salt the earth where he's buried.
You know you love to see AI companies get what’s coming to them. 😈

Super excited to share these @wraithmarked.bsky.social early prototypes! You might notice that Saphira’s maw is sharper than expected, but the Wraithmarked team has already addressed it with the statue producer. New prototypes are on the way with the tweak. saphira.backerkit.com/hosted_preor...
The new episodes are great! Btw, what do you think of the fact that there are Christians who are enjoying the show?
When I’ve posted my criticism of Diaz, I’ve had a couple people reply trying to insult me for it. He may be banned from Bluesky, but it seems his obsessive defenders are able to join. Then again, knowing Diaz’ history of burner accounts, I would not be surprised they turned out to be alts he made.
He is a mob boss, after all. Those people tend to be pure evil!
Looks like a Bloodborne character! Very cool!
Which games do you guys consider to be underrated gems? I’ll start: The Evil Within games!
It seems that Disney needs to go through the wringer again before they can become great once more. They need better management, which they won’t get while people like Bob Iger remain in charge. Hopefully, soon they get new leadership that brings them on the right path again.
That Disney is willing to work with monsters like Leto shows that they’re entering another low point in their history. That and the fact that they were willing to temporarily suspend Jimmy Kimmel after his remarks about Charlie Kirk (which didn’t even mock Charlie’s death, btw).
They are cowardly enough to go after a small indie game company for PalWorld, so of course they’d avoid DMCA-ing the DHS.
Which comic is this from?
Yeah, that’s a block from me. It’s an insult to Tolkien, who would hate AI slop if he were around today.
Reading Rainbow returns! It is needed these days for the younger generations, encouraging them to read!
I never heard of people saying they think 4th dimensionally. Well, now I know to be aware of what they mean when I come across these types of people.

Same. Tolkien’s works have done far more for the fantasy genre than Rowling’s books ever could. At least Tolkien wasn’t a bigot!
I’ve hoped that I could avoid AI slop entirely in the time I’ve spent here on Bluesky, but once in a while I’ve had to block some AI image accounts that pop up on my timeline. It’s still annoying, but at least it’s not as rampant as it is on Twitter. Hope I don’t eat my words in the future, lol!

Are you fucking high???

This wasn't a case of "Oh, the woke left didn't like my offensive jokes". She verbally abused her crew members and was, based on their statements, a fucking tyrant.

Now, five years after the collapse of her public image, it might be time to revisit DeGeneres’ case. Was her cancellation a product of a fleeting era when people spoke earnestly about “safe spaces” and “microaggressions” – a time when the left, not the right, was doing the canceling?
Ellen DeGeneres says she was ‘kicked out of show business.’ Is it time to welcome her back? | CNN
Five years after reports of a toxic workplace on her popular talk show derailed her career, Ellen DeGeneres is living quietly in England – and weighing a comeback.

Isn’t that Monica’s dog, Cheese?
Exactly, or, since this one is about revenge against the world, it could have been called something like Unbridled.
What is it with these types of anime having such long and overly explanatory titles? They could have just condensed it into something more memorable. Like Kentaro Miura’s Berserk, for instance. It’s short, but instantly recognizable.
