PIP is what replaced DLA for adults. It can be claimed from age 16. The Welfare Bill makes changes to the disability element of Universal Credit.

That's only on PIP isn't it? The Welfare Bill passed in the summer - presumably the govt is still going to enact that or are they going to can it now that there's going to be more funds in the budget?

Oh, is it a competition? I'm 57. As someone else pointed out, the same was said about TV in our younger years. Her article is based on supposition. Did you read it? Nothing of the sort is "blatantly obvious." Yes boarding schools are full of people, but not your family. Her point is re family.

Not only is the article unscientific, unsubstantiated and full of assumptions, the implication is that the princess is an authority on the subject because of her position as the spouse of their heir to the Unelected Freeloader in Chief. Nobody elected the royals as public spokespeople. (2)

I read the essay. There isn't a single study quoted to support the view that family life is being damaged by screentime. Also no mention of the use of technology for maintaining relationships over long distances or for people who find person interactions difficult. (1)
