What Christians don't understand is that such statements are considered "ceremonial". To which god are we praying for blessings and why? It is really a meaningless phrase. It's nonsense for modern Christians to see themselves as a new "chosen people" in a "promised land", but they do.

Add to that the lack of any agreement between Christian denominations on what Jesus' teachings really were and what his words meant. Christianity is splintered into hundreds of denominations, none of which agree with one another. This factionalism is a real challenge to Christian apologists.

Nothing was written by Jesus himself. We only know of him, his teachings, etc. through the lens of others - and the authors of the Gospels lived decades if not over a century after the alleged events. They were not written by eye witnesses, but by fabulists who concocted the entire story.

I would say it is irrelevant. Given that there is not an agreement between the Synoptic Gospels on what Jesus allegedly did or said, we cannot really know what his real "morals" were. His voice is inconsistent and at times contradicts itself. This is because the stories are not based in fact.

The Leviathan Cross is just one of the symbols used by Satanists. It resonates with me in a way that other symbols don't, and so I chose it as my focus point.

My politics and views are decidedly anti-fascist. I reject any and all allegations that it has anything to do with filthy Nazis.

To me, the Leviathan Cross symbolizes the infinite potential in us all (the infinity symbol at the bottom) along with being balanced and grounded (represented by the two horizontal lines). It represents my beliefs, my values, and my goals.

No fucking Nazi is going to take that away from me.

I generally go with "a person is a Christian if they say they are", but I see very little of the Gospel of Jesus in the things that CK said and did.

Not that I have skin in the game. I'm a Satanist! But I grew up in a Christian family and am (unfortunately) deeply familiar with it and the Bible.

He was an influencer and podcaster. He was no hero. He was no patriot. He claimed to be a Christian, yet never demonstrated a single redeeming quality. He went so far as to say that empathy is evil - despite empathy being the foundation of Jesus' teachings.

Now he's just remains rotting in a box.

My symbol is the Leviathan Cross and has nothing to do with Nazis. It is an ancient symbol, first used by alchemists as the symbol for sulphur. Just as they stole the swastika from the Hindus, it seems the Nazis stole this one, too.

This is my symbol and it has deep, personal meaning to me.

There is no "pro-terrorist" faction within the Democratic Party. That is a MAGA fever-dream. Likewise, there is no pro-Hamas faction, no pro-communist faction, etc.

The right has to keep inventing these imaginary enemies because they do not want to face reality. It conflicts with their worldview.

Confirmed, the "Gaza peace deal" was the same deal offered to Netanyahu and the US repeatdly, but it was turned down by Israel because they wanted to gift Trump (Israeli asset) a perceived victory at the expense of the Israeli hostages and Gaza population.
