Dems could be giving a press conference at the site drawing the analogy that he's doing to the white house what he's doing to the constitution and the rule of law, but they're not doing that. They could be using this as further evidence that he's a tyrant - something Americans can't abide.

Dems desperately need to start using the words "Tyrant" and "Tyranny." They are right coded so attract attention, having been used absurdly against Obama and Biden, and they hold a far more visceral impact than "authoritarian."

And I could even see how a dumb, drunk Marine in a Croatian tattoo parlor could look at a skull and go "that's cool." I didn't recognize the thing as a Nazi symbol either. But clearly he learned that it was and stuck with it, which, in the kindest, gentlest reading, is beyond stupid.

I can believe a Marine in Croatia could see a tattoo in a book and think it’s cool. However, we now know he learned it was a Nazi tattoo and still ran around exposing it. As they say, ‘that’s an issue.’

I went to Harvard and read significantly on the two world wars and had no idea that symbol was Nazi-specific. I don't find it shocking that others might not either. Whether he knew or not on getting the thing I have no idea, but he clearly found out at some point and had no problem with it.

I repeat, when he learned it was a Nazi tattoo and how I have no idea. I'm simply saying he may not have known when he got the tattoo, as I believe most Americans would not recognize the symbol as Nazi-specific. Again, as I said, he he dealt with learning is more important.
