I know! I had to trim his feet the other day as the hair was getting too long in his pads. I should have done all over. Honestly. £45 to basically scalp our dog

It cost £45 quid for this too! The previous groomer moved and the one before quit grooming due to personal issues but both groomers did wonderful jobs. Proper wash, ears done, nails trimmed, nice shampoo, sculptured cut. Longer hair than this and the same price.

He’s far too short. We’ve never had him cut this short and it looks messy/uneven

We tried a mobile groomer for August today as we’ve had to find a new groomer. We’ve also had to wait a while so he’s longer than usual - cut should have been 3 weeks ago. I stated teddy bear cut and do not scalp him…

So Graham Linehan is no longer going to be investigated by the MET police over his online activity? I mean the man has YEARS of online abuse behind him, libel, slurs, transphobia and homophobia. How can he not be investigated?

Seeing the images of a bulldozer taking down the east wing of the Whitehouse is truly grotesque. I know it’s a building but it’s the significance of it and its history. It would be like taking down part of or all of one of our historic buildings… and for a ballroom! FFS.

Another two characters done for the horror lineup. Anthony Perkins as Norman Bates and Leprechaun. I’m thinking 5 more characters for this - max as my previous horror print had 20 characters.

Greens are gaining momentum and these numbers are very good. It’s showing a shift and the media are clearly rattled as they’re trying to take swipes all the time. That means they see a credible threat.

Yesterday I prepped the Christmas pudding. My late nan’s recipe. I’ve not made it since the year she died. Left to stand overnight. Then added to her pudding bowl and is currently boiling/steaming for 8 hours.

The ingredients for Christmas pudding all piled up on the countertop ready for measuring and mixing.

The mixture all moist in the bowl. There’s apple, carrot, suet, raisins, sultanas, mixed peel, grated peel, orange juice, lemon juice, several spices, some brandy, flour, breadcrumbs, treacle, almonds and a few other bits.

After sitting overnight the mixture is added and pressed into the bowl.

A layer of grease proof paper added over the top then more tied around the top.

Hopefully next season will be better. I might actually try and watch some American drag race that I’ve missed. Although is it only available on WOW?

I haven’t watched American Drag race in a few years and I don’t watch the others so it’s not even that for me. Which makes it so weird that I’m not connecting.

The scoring for LaVoix was a bit harsh this week on #Strictly as were the critiques. Especially when there’s been worse
