You can say this about a lot of guys of his generation but imagine Shamrock with a real coach he'd listen to.
Ken Shamrock should've never had a real shoot. Finish up with the UWF crew, jump to New Japan in the early / mid 90s, just be the incredible pro wrestler he was meant to be.
If you haven't seen Shamrock vs Suzuki in PWFG you really owe it to yourself.

Iowa keeps making headlines for all the wrong reasons — worst economy in the country, skyrocketing cancer rates, rock bottom wages, and a state government focused on partisan games.

After a decade of Kim Reynolds’ failed policies and one-party rule, it’s no surprise that Iowans are unhappy.

Let's meet my friend Tanystropheus, a archosauromorph reptile from the Triassic.

You may notice that Tany is looooooooong, with some specimens being 6 m (20 ft) long, while only weighing 30-70 kg (65-150 lbs).

Which led me to an interesting question:
How do LONG-NECKERS like Tany BREATHE?
A silhouette outline of a human in black with three putative species of Tanystropheus shown in shades of purple. They're VERY long-necked lizards with small feet/hands, and moderate tails.

"Size comparison of large specimens of three species of Tanystropheus (T. 'conspicuus' , T. hydroides, T. longobardicus) with a human for reference. References   Tanystropheus 'conspicuus' (U-MO BT 732, 733, 734, 736, 737, 738, 739, 740) "A taxonomic revision of the genus Tanystropheus (Archosauromorpha, Tanystropheidae)"   Tanystropheus hydroides (PIMUZ T 2793) "Aquatic Habits and Niche Partitioning in the Extraordinarily Long-Necked Triassic Reptile Tanystropheus" "The cranial morphology of Tanystropheus hydroides (Tanystropheidae, Archosauromorpha) as revealed by synchrotron microtomography" Die Triasfauna der Tessiner Kalkalpen XXII. I have the same reaction to every one of these.

Multiple airports are now announcing they will refuse to play Kristi Noem’s government-funded video blaming “Democrats” for the government shutdown.

“We believe the Hatch Act clearly prohibits use of public assets for political purposes and messaging,” one airport said.
