Yes!! Because putting more pressure there from needing to sit on the toilet for longer than a minute or two is bad. Also the pressure your ahhh pelvic floor and other butt muscles have to go through to push your shit out all contribute to hemorrhoids.

I wrote MFC support about this last night and they got back to me and said that if we go in and make a small edit - like to the title I of the goal, etc… it should force the cache to update right away. They seem to be aware and working on the issue though - so that is good!

Hi! I’m just working my ass off, but like it’s still there. Thank goodness! 🍑

I wish I could share art land things but I have to be vague… I will say I’m making progress and that’s really good! I’ll post a picture of Jones later once I take a break from today’s unrelenting research (for art).
