I know; I guess I’m just afraid to keep adding new medications into the mix. I’m scared of possible side effects or my mental health worsening. I only agreed to try it because the depressive episode are so debilitating. I don’t know what else to do anymore.

Apparently, mood stabilizer is a nice way of saying anti-psychotics and it can take up to 6 weeks to work. Also, comes with some wonderful potential side effects.

if it will help. I will pick it up and take it today. When this kind of thing happens, it literally feels like my life is over and all rational thoughts temporarily go out the window. I hate it and I hate me, but I'm doing my best to try and control it. I am sorry.

Picking up Cele's ashes, something I've been avoiding caused me to crash out. Losing a ton of YT subs didn't help either. I can't control the mood swings and it's really hard to regulate my emotions because of the BPD. Was prescribed a mood stabilizer to see 1/2

The depression and intrusive thoughts are really bad at night, especially when I have nightmares. I have impulse control issues when it comes to posting sad/hopeless posts when it gets really bad. It is an ongoing struggle. Th cryptid kitty🩷
