It's a shame the Trump Regime and RFK Jr have gutted our early warning system, the CDC, as well as hobbled research institutions that might come up with a vaccine in time, the NIH. I guess when people start dropping like flies, we'll know a new disease is upon us.

Supremacy Clause immunity is a thing, but it's *not* absolute:
