the king blames his subjects for complaining about his policies hurting them

The Cattle Ranchers, who I love, don’t understand that the only reason they are doing so well, for the first time in decades, is because I put Tariffs on cattle coming into the United States, including a 50% Tariff on Brazil. If it weren’t for me, they would be doing just as they’ve done for the past 20 years — Terrible! It would be nice if they would understand that, but they also have to get their prices down, because the consumer is a very big factor in my thinking, also!

It’s no surprise that Chicago is estimated to have had the largest #NoKings protest: 300,000 across the region with 250,000 downtown. Folks here abhor the ICE incursion and pretty much everything else Trump is doing.

It's worth noting that it takes a LONG time to get a building permit. You have to have full architectural plans that get approved which means you have to draw them up AND pass them to someone who looks them over.

They're breaking the law here.
