I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Mohammed. Mohammed was finishing his studies to be a civil engineer in Rafah. His home and the small farm that him and his family had were destroyed. He’s now trying to survive with his large family, including many small children, in tents.

Weird how western liberals and conservatives are super "pro democracy", but when you suggest a DEMOCRATISATION of the workplace, so that workers can own the means of production; sit on company boards, and get a share of the profits (instead of just wages), they suddenly don't like democracy anymore.

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Ruba. Ruba is 23 and has been studying to be a pharmacist. She has been living in tents with her family since this all began and her home was destroyed, this includes her niece Tulin, 8 her nephew, Mohammed, 4 and her father who is ill.

Take a second to chew over that headline; "dozens of healthcare workers" - 55 in total - were among the 7,000 people kidnapped by Israel during its destruction of Gaza, and yet we still focus on Israeli 'hostages'.

Released Palestinians included dozens of Gaza health workers
Advocacy organisation Healthcare Workers Watch says the list of Palestinians freed from Israeli prisons on Monday included the names of at least 55 health workers, including 24 nurses, seven doctors and two paramedics.

Of those, at least 44 “were abducted by the Israeli Occupation Forces from the hospitals where they were working”, Healthcare Workers Watch said, noting that 115 more Palestinian healthcare workers from Gaza are still in Israeli detention.

Dr Muath Alser, the cofounder and director of Healthcare Workers Watch, said that Israel’s “systematic abduction of healthcare workers is a war crime” that has seen highly trained medical professionals held unlawfully and Palestinians deprived of medical care.

Alser called for Israel to “immediately and unconditionally release all the detained healthcare workers, including the bodies of those tortured to death in detention”.

He was held as captive for two decades and his brother Sami, imprisoned since he was a teenager, died in Israeli occupation captivity after 17 years imprisonment in 2019.

Im currently on day 3 of having to use mobile data and its costing me $6 every 24 hours. If you can spare some bucks this is adding up to quite a lot atm and i need to last until i get the modem (i ended up having to do a 12 month plan which i was trying to avoid) please help or share if you can
