I chuckled when some "Aussie" in the Eternal Weekend chat was complaining that they had pronouns displayed on the stream, saying that it was something that only the US cares about. That no one outside of the US gives a shit.

Never been to Australia but I feel like they give a shit.

A poll, commissioned by Equality Australia in the first quarter of 2025, found that:

86% agree or strongly agree that government and opposition should not politicise trans issues for political gain

89% agree or strongly agree that LGBT people deserve to live with dignity and respect 

91% agree or strongly agree that trans people should have the freedom and choice to live their lives in the way that makes them happy

81% agree of strongly agree that trans people deserve the same rights and protections as other Australians

sometimes I take adhd med vacations (I've talked to my dr about this) and after about 3 or 4 days, I can feel the anxiety seep back in and my brain is so loud. What I never realized before meds was just how bad all of it was. Anyway, back on my adhd meds tomorrow and pretty excited for it.

My husband leatherworks and cooks. Best hobbies ever. But all that said, it's healthy for couples to have their own hobbies, no matter what they are. Like, for as much as I like to be the center of attention, I dont want to be someone's hobby.

okay - but like, 87.9% is the lowest stat on the most attractive and that's basically the majority of women. the highest on least attractive is only 1/3 of women. At the end of the day, most the people I know think that it's great when someone has a hobby. It means they are interesting. <3

i can only imagine. I'm sure it's also a pain trying to figure out too because of the disability ratings that are also attached to the exemptions. My cousin has a 90% disability rating (likely to be 100% soon) and there seem to be a few decent places to live with exemptions for veterans.
