I agree! It does seem that their approach is fundamentally different for this very reason. Interesting to see where it goes and how it pans out. I remain optimistic for now.

Adrian Earnshaw just did an in-depth playthrough of Dreamstate (my Diva soundset with @oblivionsoundlab.bsky.social).

He goes through a bunch of the presets and even wraps up with an amazing demo track using only Dreamstate sounds. It really shows what the pack can do!

Was never an issue for me on my Mac (thanks to ublock origin 😉) but I definitely appreciate no ads on mobile/tv/chromecast now too!

I finally cancelled my Spotify subscription and moved over to YouTube Premium (which includes YouTube Music). While I still think the Spotify interface is a little nicer (and one I'm more familiar with), YouTube has been a decent alternative for me.

I always wanted the Roland JV-1080 but didn’t want to subscribe to Roland Cloud so I when I saw it was available for a one-time purchase and also on sale I picked it up!
