It's not been a grand start. The mains burst 8pm last night and they still haven't fixed it.

I'm apparently lucky I still have water at all. Except it's the colour of beer from all the shit in it. Literal shit probably since it's a rural area and my water plant is the other side of several farms.

The food is good now because it's all taken from somewhere else. It's a series of islands. Everyone speaks English. And it refuses to fit in administratively with the others.

My sole regret about resigning from the Green Party in 2023 was I had been selected to be the candidate in the general election.

It's a Tory/Lib Dem swing seat, and nobody much likes either party's candidate, and hates Labour. Real missed opportunity.
