To Kill a Mockingbird. I thought I'd seen it just before Covid but when I checked, it was in 2014 😂

My #3goodthings for today

Three good things I am grateful for today written around two rainbows forming a circle with a red heart in the centre. A photo of my local park. The trees in the foreground are clearly visible with some golden and brown leaves on the grass. The trees further away are less visible due to heavy mist. A photo of a large cobweb between the branches of trees. A loaf cake decorated with pistachio, rose petals, and a lemon and rose drizzle. We did it! Small Son and I started at 4pm this afternoon and walked just over 4 miles to raise money for The Miscarriage Association. We're just off our £500 target so if you could help with a final donation for a very good cause we'd be delighted.
www.justgiving.com/page/p-boynt...
A blue t shirt with the Miscarriage Association's name and logo, along with 'Memory Walk' in big white letters and the caption 'remembering the tiny lives lost too soon' next to a silver shooting star. Beside it is a collection box and fundraising target sheet. Small Son points to the start and end points of our 4 mile walk, shown on a notice board that highlights the route of the coastal walk we took this afternoon. Behind him is the harbour mouth, where the tide is going out.

I need better scales, the electronic kitchen scales I have are a bit temperamental so I use our older kitchen scales. I love baking but haven't baked for a while. I will bake something this afternoon ☺️

Those muffins look delicious! I haven't baked for a while but seeing your photos has made me want to bake a cake today...

“You’ve been criticising yourself for years and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.” Louise Hay

Maybe it’s time to recognise that being on our own side really does matter so much.

1. Pump class and a walk this morning 🍂
2. Listened to a robin singing in the garden 🎶
3. A delicious dinner this evening 😋

Three good things I am grateful for today written around two rainbows forming a circle with a red heart in the centre. My favourite tree in the local park has leaves that have started to yellow on the upper half. A squirrel in a tree - was making sounds with the bark on the branch. A robin sitting at the top of an evergreen tree, beak wide open, sang gloriously for quite some time.
