Not a sadpost btw, I'm doing pretty good these days, but man that early morning dopamine be flowing. Sleeping in does feel good but I guess subconsciously there is this feeling of "everyone's gotten started without me" that can quickly spiral into a whirlpool

It is funny in an annoying sorta way how months of deep-rooted depression can vanish in an instant as soon as you set an alarm and get up early. Starting work at 8am rather than mid-afternoon makes me feel like a different person on a different planet
