It's about money and control, always. The end goal is to create a population with no other avenue for their fantasies. Once everyone's forced into using AI, they'll pay heaps for the pleasure. Surely.

Destroying the lives of pornographers while freely allowing ChatGPT to create adult content isn't hypocrisy--it's intentional malice. Companies want to be the sole purveyors in our ancient trillion-dollar industry that is porn, but they can only do that by outlawing anyone make it besides themselves

I mean I've been guilty in the past. All private. No excuse. Curiosity and horny got the better, and a lot of us treated it like a toy for private use.

The important thing is I stopped. It's hard not to in 2025 with all the facts on how devastating it is to the planet.

Maybe it's because I'm a writer and I'm flawed and incredibly biased, but there's something more insidious to me about AI fiction.

You don't need a drawing program. A tablet. Etc. All you need is, at least, wordpad. And your thoughts. And you can create something.

And they're not even doing that.

I don't know, man. It was already bubbling away in my head, but I think the final straw was seeing a bunch of inflation kink writers slowly degrade into making nothing but AI.

A few images to start. The writing was still entirely their own. Then more AI, less writing. Until it's all AI.

If you've ever used GenAI no one is asking you to go into confessional father I have sinned style, and unload your guilt for absolvement or anything like that.

Just stop using it. At the very least, stop posting it. It's depressing as fuck how much kink content is like 60% AI now.

It's still shitty though. If you see an image, and it makes you horny, that's fine. That's just a physical response to stimuli.

Just be aware that everything turning you on has been sourced, and reconfigured, from hard working artists who had their work taken without consent, and without pay.

And there's the commentary on hypocrisy. People are allowed to change their mind. People who used to use AI for whatever reason are allowed to stop.

Hell, I used it way back a few times. A lot of us did once or twice in private, before we knew about its costs - ethical and resource-based.

It doesn't even have to be as severe as asking someone to stop. I've witnessed people sour on friends and others for voicing their distrust of AI and discomfort with generated art.

Even when it's not direct, people have gotten so deeply connected to a plagiarised porn generator, and it sucks.

The defensiveness over AI porn and kink art is something I'll never understand, and maybe I don't want to.

I've seen people end friendships and grow enraged over being told to stop using AI. The willingness to sever human connection over generated images just feels profoundly sad and hurtful.
