Just interviewed with KFOR about housing sold at OK County Sheriff’s auction. Some challenges I pointed out:
-1/3 of home purchases last year were by corporate or venture capital
-home prices & rents are rising much faster than wages
-auctions require funds in hand, so hard on owner occupants
