Way longer sentence than the woman who called for immigrant hotels to be burned to the ground - which actually encouraged arson attacks on hotels with migrants and other residents and staff inside them.

Man jailed for 5 years for saying he would shoot Farage even though he made no attempt to do so and had no access to weapons. Clearly a hollow threat. Still a crime, yes - but 5 years in jail.

I presume all Farage's "free speech" sheep will be outraged at this.

Having had to represent some people where there was almost nothing good to say about them I have an idea of the task but a funeral service is such a unique and special occasion. I wasn't suggesting he shouldn't have one. The response suggests she may have thought I was saying he doesn't deserve one.

Yes I'm aware that some people don't. I've known people who have served their time for heinous crimes and when they died they had no funeral. I think it speaks volumes that she would do it. I'm just contemplating what an incredibly tough service it would be to conduct.

I'm trying to work out why the 2 day trial of Graham Linnehan was reported on extensively on the 1st and 2nd day but I can find no mention of it in the news since then. It's strongly suggests that something happened during the trial that necessitated an adjournment and some kind of press direction.

Am I the only one that hates bonus tracks being lumped in with the rest of an album on streaming services? A good well-sequenced album has a natural end, and then "hey here's four tracks that weren't good enough, and some rough live stuff to spoil the vibe."
