I’ve never felt a need for a rainbow flag in my office. But now federal workers are being fired for pride displays, with the cult cheering it on. So I decided to dedicate a new pride flag to Trumpers, deliberately positioned in my Zoom background next to my faculty awards for teaching and service. 🏳️‍🌈

It’s not “college kids.” It’s overwhelmingly Black and queer college kids. And spitting bile at them for not tolerating their own dehumanization just because you’ve always been perfectly fine with it is your bigotry.

For feminists stuck in the 70’s, there’s this “new” thing. It’s called intersectionality. You might want to update your reading list with some non-white women.
