I knew there must be a word for it!
I’m only calling myself out!
That’s interesting!

Apparently Tsundoku is non-judgemental. Can’t help but feel that Hoardgaming has at least a hint of judgement!
Tsundoku is a Japanese term for the habit of buying lots of books and letting them pile up unread.

What's the term for buying lots of games (and armies) and letting them pile up unplayed?
Love those silver Tower concepts, so many great ideas!
It’s a fair point, and not to blunt it but Darren Latham is pretty well known for his work (100k+ followers on Instagram).

I’m very much in favour of clear credits and I’ve never worked at GW or in miniature design in this way. That said, Blanche’s work is clearly important in the process!
I wonder if later Blanche concept work was as vibes led as anything else?
I've seen this piece of John Blanche concept art for the leader of the Elucidian Starstriders, but does anyone know if there are other pieces of concept art from the Kill Team: Rogue Trader out there in the internet-ether?
This one has seen a few years (and is missing some handouts sadly) but it's doing better than me for it's age!

Power Behind the Throne by Carl Sargent. Featuring a cover by Les Edwards.

Part 4 of the legendary Enemy Within campaign for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, Power was published in 1988 at the height of the game’s phenomenal first run.

My latest interview is with former Games Workshop game designer Warwick Kinrade, one of the key writers behind the hugely successful Imperial Armour series from Forge World.

Martha may have regretted offering to help me pack orders for my new merch boutique!
Always wondered if any sharks watched the channel!
White Dwarf #124 from April 1990 featured a phenomenal Dark Future cover by Les Edwards.

The contents were just as iconic with Jes Goodwin’s Eldar sketches, new Dark Future rules, chaos warbands & the saga of Werner Thunderfist by Nigel Stillman.

Stu did amazing work painting my new miniatures (and he had to wait a year to release his video about them because I took my sweet time!)

Give it a watch!
About a year ago I was given the chance to paint some miniatures that @jordansorcery.bsky.social had sculpted by Gary Morley, they're great fun, take a look.

Richard Wright is the artist behind the incredible floor tiles in Warhammer Quest and Space Hulk 2nd edition, as well as countless magnificent pieces for 40k & Fantasy.

Over on Patreon I just published a written interview with Wright covering his time at GW

Apparently it’s a David Gallagher piece, though I don’t recall seeing it elsewhere
Was great to see you there mate, and absolutely fascinating to hear you and others share your community experiences!
