ICE agents are using their personal vehicles for these actions, I'm sure their auto insurance companies would not be happy to hear that they are traveling out of state to do this kind of work. Some would call it insurance fraud; some would pay higher premiums.

Because GOP policies aren't what the majority of the country wants. Every GOP in Congress, Senate & SCOTUS has been waiting for their chance to surrender their authority, bend their knee to have a "conservative/fascist" government like they want because Trump doesn't care as long as he is king.

Trump is not an elite, he is a low intellect that has a very old fashioned idea of what the appearance of wealth. Style over substance.
Most of today's elites have a totally different look.

A peeve I have with the legal system is "wishy washy" language. Why can't it be "...policy violates federal..." or "policy does not violate federal..."

Is it because rulings are based on opinions are those can change?

All of the various leaders of the countries around the world have Trump figured out.
Put him situations where etiquette dictates behavior & you can make look a clown, flatter him & you get what your country wants. Show the world what other "successful" presidents have said/done & you piss him off.
